Rony Duclosel, PhD

Dr. Duclosel is an urban development specialist and a dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven professional educator committed to the social and academic growth and development of every student.

We live in an era of mediocrity! In politics, just like in business, the mediocre are in charge. Corruption and bad governance have become the norm. It doesn’t have to remain like this, and it won’t. Rony’s greatest passion is teaching and helping individuals and organizations achieve excellence. Rony helps his clients discover their true potential and be successful in life. He helps revive distressed neighborhoods where people feel happier to live.

Rony is an NYCPS teacher, the founder of HAIDEV, a consulting firm with top-notch urban development professionals, and the executive director of Ninon Career Management.

Rony, a philanthropist, is also the founder of Haiti Initiatives, a non-profit organization that helps youth in his native country, Haiti.

His motto is, One person at a time!

Rony holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science/rehabilitation and physical education, a Master of Science in Sports Management, and a Master of Arts in Urban Policy and Administration, all from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York (CUNY), a Graduate Diploma in Urban Development from New York University (NYU), and a PhD in public administration from Liberty University.
